Home Depot Recycling Bins
Home Depot offers in-store recycling bins near the entrance for rechargeable batteries, CFL light bulbs, and plastic bags. Batteries and CFLs must meet safety guidelines, but drop-off is easy with provided bags and clear labels. Use the image above to know what to look for before your next visit.
Mid-Tenn Metal Exchange
Mid-Tenn Metal Exchange accepts a wide range of scrap metal including copper, aluminum, insulated wire, steel, stainless steel, appliances, and more. They also buy batteries, transmissions, and C/A coils (from HVAC dealers only). See the image for a full list of accepted items.

Office Depot / OfficeMax Tech Recycling
Office Depot offers in-store tech recycling through a pay-per-box program. Choose a box size, fill it with accepted electronics like computers, monitors, printers, and cables, and bring it unsealed to the store. Smith’s Truck Salvage & Wrecker Service
Smith’s buys a wide range of metals including copper, brass, aluminum, and electric motors. E-scrap and clean radiators are also accepted. Note: Copper sales are held for 5 days.

Kroger Plastic Recycling
Kroger accepts a wide range of plastic bags and flexible plastic packaging for recycling. Items must be clean and dry, and bins are typically located near the shopping cart area—either inside the store or just outside by the entrance doors. CFC Recycling
